以坍落度和抗压强度为指标,采用正交试验方法研究了掺聚丙烯腈纤维和矿物掺合料(粉煤灰、矿粉)对混凝土性能(如:坍落度、粘聚性、强度、抗裂性等)的影响。通过试验,得出各因素的影响特点,并分析了各因素的影响机理。结合当地产的材料特点总结出矿物掺合料和聚丙烯腈纤维的一个最佳掺量,并通过最优配合比与基准混凝土的对比,研究了纤维的抗裂性能。
Taking slump and compressive strength as indexes, orthogonal test was used to study the influence of polyacrylonitrile fiber and mineral admixture (fly ash and slag) on the properties of concrete (such as slump, cohesion, Strength, crack resistance, etc.). Through the experiment, the influence characteristics of each factor are obtained, and the influencing mechanism of each factor is analyzed. Based on the characteristics of the local materials, an optimum dosage of mineral admixture and polyacrylonitrile fiber is summarized. The anti-cracking property of fiber is studied by comparing the optimal ratio with benchmark concrete.
