通过《在大体积混凝土内抽槽的试验研究》一文介绍的试验,对回填混凝土的性能以及接合面上的胶结强度取得了不少的资料。鉴于回填混凝土还没有经过较大的降温以及自生体积收缩所产生的拉应力的考验,对于回填混凝土的复杂温度场所产生的温度应力,也还没有摸索出普遍的规律。因此,在大试件爆除(因施工方面的原因)以前,又进行了一次强迫降温试验。由于施工时间的限制和制冷厂停机检修,给工作带来一定困难。我们采取了局部冷却回填混凝土
Through the test described in “Experimental Study on Pumping in Large Volume Concrete”, a lot of information has been obtained on the performance of the backfilled concrete and the cementation strength on the joint surface. In view of the fact that backfill concrete has not undergone large temperature drop and the test of tensile stress caused by spontaneous volume shrinkage, no universal law has yet been found out for the temperature stress caused by complex temperature field of backfill concrete. Therefore, a forced cooling test was carried out before the blast of large test pieces (for construction reasons). Due to the construction time limit and downtime maintenance of the refrigeration plant, it brings certain difficulties to the work. We took local cooling backfill concrete
