通过对消费需求影响因素的分析 ,指出了收入增长缓慢、社会保障体系不完善、农村市场难以开拓、有效供给不足与产品相对过剩的矛盾都制约了居民消费的扩大。在此基础上提出了如下建议以扩大消费需求 :1 完善社会保障制度 ,多渠道增加居民可支配收入 ;2 改善消费环境 ,调整消费政策 ,引导居民正确的消费观念 ;3 调整经济结构 ,增加有效供给 ,以满足居民多层次、个性化需求 Through analyzing the influencing factors of consumer demand, it points out that the slow growth of income, the imperfect social security system, the hard-to-open rural market, the contradiction between the effective supply and the relative surplus of products all restrict the expansion of household consumption.
