采用神经细胞微团悬滴培养法培养Hamburger35期鸡胚背根节 (dorsalrootganglion ,DRG)神经元 .结果 ,神经元于培养 2 4h后开始生长 ,5~ 8d神经突起联成网状 ,说明本法可行 .该法为今后进一步探讨神经营养因子对培养神经元存活、生长的影响奠定了基础 .
Cultured Hamburger35 chick embryo dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons were cultured by suspension culture of neuronal cells.Results, the neurons began to grow after 24 h incubation, and neurite outgrowth formed on the 5th to 8th day, indicating that this method Feasible.This method for the future to further explore the neurotrophic factors on cultured neurons survival and growth laid the foundation.
