高温环境下纳米隔热材料内热辐射的影响显著增强,遮光剂的掺杂将不可或缺。为了研究遮光剂掺杂对纳米隔热材料热辐射特性的影响,本文发展蒙特卡罗数值方法(MCM)与Mie散射理论对碳黑遮光剂颗粒掺杂的SiO_2气凝胶热辐射特性进行了理论研究。研究结果表明:优化参数后的碳黑颗粒掺杂气凝胶可以有效阻隔辐射传热,并且提高材料的隔热性能。该方法对纳米隔热材料遮光剂的选取和优化具有指导意义。
The influence of heat radiation in the nano-insulation material under high-temperature environment is significantly enhanced, and sunscreen doping will be indispensable. In order to study the effect of sunscreen doping on thermal radiation characteristics of nano-thermal insulation materials, this paper developed the Monte Carlo numerical method (MCM) and Mie scattering theory to study the thermal radiation characteristics of carbon black sunscreen particles doped SiO 2 airgel the study. The results show that the optimal parameters of the carbon black particles doping aerogels can effectively block the radiation heat transfer, and improve the thermal insulation properties of the material. The method has the guiding significance for selecting and optimizing the sunscreen material of the nano-insulation material.
