采用有限控制容积法和K-ε二方程紊流计算模型,对喷射泵喉管内流场进行了数值模拟,得到流场的参数分布,为采油喷射泵优化设计奠定了基础。同时采用激光测试LDV技术首次对喷射泵内流场进行了二维测试,对计算结果进行了验证,结果表明,K-ε紊流模型可用于喉管内部分流场的计算,在适体坐标下可进一步推广到喉管入口处及扩散管部分流场的计算。
By using the finite volume control method and the K-ε two-equation turbulence model, the numerical simulation of the flow field in the throat of the jet pump was carried out, and the parameter distribution of the flow field was obtained, which laid the foundation for the optimization design of the jet pump. At the same time, LDV laser was firstly used for two-dimensional testing of the jet flow field in the jet pump. The calculation results were verified. The results show that the K-ε turbulence model can be used to calculate the partial flow field in the throat. It can be further extended to calculate the flow field at the inlet of the throat and diffuser.
