慈溪市庵东镇成人中等文化技术学校位于慈溪市西北部、杭州湾跨海大桥南岸。学校现有专职教师6名、兼职教师40余名。学校占地面积6．2亩,建筑面积2231平方米,拥有教育培训所需的教学、活动、生活用房及多媒体教室、计算机房、图书阅览室等。1999年成为浙江省一类乡镇成校。学校在慈溪市乡镇成校年度考核中连续四年考核为优秀级,2001年被评为宁波市农村成人教育先进集体。学校积极开展五项教育培训活动,努力拓展为“二农”服务的培训领域。一是全面开展“被征地农民培训工程”。开设建筑识图、电工、会计、烹饪、电脑等10多个专业。二是实施“万名农民培训工程”。2004年培训“农函大”2班80人、“绿色证书”4班224人。以“基地+农户”为纽带,开展农村实用技术培训。三是全面启动“万户家庭普网丁程”。开办17班,参训合格人数为948人。四是扎实开展企业职工、农民“双证制”成人高中教育培训工程。2004年131人毕业,2005年在读244人。五是积极开展外来农民工教育培训工程。学校还挂靠高等院校举办函授、远程教育大专学历班,目前已累计毕业大专生182人,在读310人。2004年学校教育培训人数达6810人,占全镇劳动力总人数的25．8％。有偿培训收入130多万元,是2003年培训收入的两倍。有了一定的经济实力,学校的发展潜力大大增强。学校于2002年11月经慈溪市教育局批准建立庵东社区教育中心。学校将继续深化体制改革,激活内部机制,抓住机遇,勇创特色,朝着现代化成人学校的方向奋进。
An Dong Cixi Adult Secondary Culture and Technology School is located in the northwestern Cixi, Hangzhou Bay Bridge south bank. The school has 6 full-time teachers, more than 40 part-time teachers.
