目的:探究、分析持续质量改进在内分泌科的患者护理管理中的价值。方法:选取近期在医院内分泌科56例就诊患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者实施持续质量改进护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,对两组患者的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者在实施了持续质量改进后,患者满意度显著提升,且明显优于实施常规护理的对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在护理质量的持续改进中,抓细节、表里如一、做好查房记录、培养团队合作精神及对医护人员的培训,都占据着绝对的比重,对患者的恢复水平和治疗效果都有着至关重要的作用。
Objective: To explore and analyze the value of continuous quality improvement in patient care management of endocrinology. Methods: Fifty-six patients in the hospital endocrine department were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in observation group were given continuous nursing intervention, and the control group were given routine nursing intervention. The patients in two groups were satisfied Degrees to compare. Results: The patients’ satisfaction improved significantly after continuous quality improvement, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the continuous improvement of nursing quality, grasping the details, flawlessly, doing a good job in ward rounding records, training team spirit and training of medical staff, occupy the absolute proportion of patients with the level of recovery and treatment have a Important role.
