为了研究贵州省辣椒栽培传播及资源的分布与形成,通过查阅文献、实地调查、试验研究等方法,对贵州省辣椒的起源、传播、演变以及辣椒资源的形成与分布进行系统的阐述与分析。结果表明,贵州省是食辣习俗和辣椒广泛栽培的重要起源中心之一,黔东北地区是辣椒进入贵州省最早的落脚点之一,;依据辣椒类型在某个区域范围内的栽培比例达70%为标准,将贵州省辣椒资源划分5个集中分布区,即牛角椒集中分布区,朝天椒集中分布区,线椒、牛角椒集中分布区,线椒、簇生朝天椒集中分布区,朝天椒、小山椒集中分布区。
In order to study the distribution and formation of pepper propagation and its distribution in Guizhou Province, the origin, distribution, evolution and the formation and distribution of pepper in Guizhou Province were systematically described and analyzed through literature review, field investigation and experimental study. The results showed that Guizhou Province was one of the important centers of hot pepper spicy cultivation and widespread cultivation of pepper. Northeast Guizhou was one of the earliest places where pepper entered Guizhou Province. According to the type of pepper, the proportion of cultivation in a certain area reached 70 % As the standard, Guizhou Province pepper resources are divided into five concentrated distribution areas, namely Niujiaojiao concentrated distribution area, Chaotianjiao concentrated distribution area, Xianjiao, Niujiaojiao concentrated distribution area, Xianjiao, cluster Chaotrophs concentrating area, Chaotianjiao Small pepper concentrated distribution area.
