单层厂房是工业农业和国防建设中大量采用的建筑物,是一种量大面广通用性强的房屋。每年基本建设的投资有相当一部分是用在这类房屋上。因此对这类房屋的研究是有重要意义,过去这方面的研究工作比较局限于结构的内力分析和构件的形式,而对于整体厂房的柱网问题则研究比较少。本文讨论单层厂房的各种参数对造价的影响,本文还采用了运筹学的最优化方法探讨了最优柱网问题,可供工艺设计、建筑、结构设计及经济分析的同志参考,应用本方法确定单层厂房柱网对降低造价有看明显的作用,实践证明最优柱网比估计柱网可以节约总造价10%~20%左右。如眉山大型仓库采用此法确定的柱网比常用柱网节约64万元。又如某船体车间采用此法确定的柱网比按传统方法确定的柱网约24万元,此外还增强了车间的灵活性。
The single-storey factory building is a large number of buildings used in industrial agriculture and national defense construction. It is a large-scale and versatile housing. A considerable portion of the annual capital investment is spent on such houses. Therefore, the research on this kind of houses is of great significance. In the past, the research work in this area was limited to the analysis of the internal forces of the structure and the form of the components. However, there were few studies on the column network of the entire factory building. This article discusses the influence of various parameters of a single storey building on the construction cost. This paper also uses the optimization method of operations research to discuss the optimal column network problem. It can be used as a reference for gay design of process design, architecture, structural design, and economic analysis. The method to determine the single-storey factory column nets has obvious effect on reducing the cost. Practice has proved that the optimal column-web ratio estimation column net can save about 10% to 20% of the total cost. For example, the column nets determined by this method in large-scale warehouses in Meishan have saved 640,000 yuan compared to the commonly used column nets. Another example is the hull workshop using this method to determine the column net than the traditional method of determining the column net about 240,000 yuan, in addition to enhance the flexibility of the workshop.
