本文通过研究影响 CMT 材料机械性能的因素,探讨了 PP 塑料树脂及配方、玻璃纤维结构与性能、界面处理、成型工艺和使用环境等因素对该材料的影响程度,并介绍了玻璃纤维毡增强复合材料(PP—GMT)在汽车零部件上的应用和发展趋势。
In this paper, by studying the factors that affect the mechanical properties of CMT materials, the impact of PP plastic resin and formula, structure and properties of glass fiber, interface treatment, molding process and the use of the environment on the impact of the material, and introduced the glass fiber mat reinforced composite Materials (PP-GMT) in the automotive parts on the application and development trend.
