贵刊1989年第2期刊登“甲氰眯胍治疗带状疱疹有效”一文后,笔者经临床验证,确实有较好的治疗效果。我所收治的12例患者,年龄18～33岁,均为男性。病变部位:颈部3例,胸腹部4例,腰背部3例,大腿内侧2例。病程1～7天。皮疹典型,神经疼痛明显。2例曾用地塞米松肌注及外敷消炎解毒丸液未缓解。12例用甲氰眯胍治疗2天后症状明显减轻,3～4天皮损基本消退,4～5天痂皮脱落、神经疼痛消失。
After the publication of your publication No. 2, 1989, “cyanometylated effective treatment of shingles,” a text, the author clinically proven to have a better therapeutic effect. The 12 patients I treated, aged from 18 to 33, were all men. Lesions: 3 cases of neck, chest and abdomen in 4 cases, 3 cases of lower back, thigh in 2 cases. Duration of 1 to 7 days. Typical rash, painful nerves. 2 cases had dexamethasone intramuscular injection and topical anti-inflammatory detoxification pills did not ease. Twelve cases were treated with metmycylamine for 2 days, and the symptoms were relieved. The lesions gradually subsided 3 to 4 days and the scabs peeled off 4 to 5 days and the pain of the nerves disappeared.
