本文用光学显微镜测定了大鼠摄入~(131)I后甲状腺滤泡的线值、截点数和滤泡的弦长。应用体视学原理和数据处理方法,获得了甲状腺受照剂量为0~91Gy各剂量组滤泡直径的分布期望值,甲状腺滤泡的数量、滤泡的质量、间质的质量、滤泡和间质的体积分数以及自由程(滤泡的平均间距)等参数。通过曲线拟合,找出了这些参数值与甲状腺照射剂量间定量关系。结果说明,甲状腺受到~(131)Ⅰ照射后,滤泡质量的减轻最为敏感,其半减剂量仅为35.3Gy,而间质最不敏感,半减剂量高达311Gy,它是滤泡半减剂量的9倍。
In this paper, we measured the thyroid follicular line number, cut-off point and the follicular chord length after 131I ingestion in rats by optical microscope. According to the theory of stereology and data processing method, we obtained the expected value of the distribution of follicular diameter in each dose of thyroid gland at dose of 0 ~ 91Gy, the number of thyroid follicles, the quality of follicles, the quality of interstitial, Mass volume fraction and free path (average spacing of follicles) and other parameters. Through curve fitting, the quantitative relationship between these parameters and thyroid irradiation dose was found out. The results showed that the thyroid gland was most sensitive to the reduction of follicle mass when exposed to ~ (131) Ⅰ, its half-dose was only 35.3Gy, while the strongest was the strongest, while the half-dose was up to 311Gy, 9 times.
