[目的/意义]在“互联网+”环境以及建立和完善推动公共文化服务均等化政策的背景下,调研我国省级公共图书馆公益讲座的现状并分析其存在的问题,以期提高其适应新环境、利用新技术服务于广大公众的水平。[方法/过程]利用文献调研法、网络调研法、问卷调查法、电话访谈法等方法对我国省级公共图书馆公益讲座的开展情况进行调查,基于调研数据分析现阶段存在的问题,并就“互联网+”环境下如何开展省级公共图书馆公益讲座提出相应的建议。[结果/结论]省级公共图书馆公益讲座可利用“互联网+”的理论与技术,从以下方面予以完善:施行讲座数字化管理、强化讲座互动式宣传、创新讲座特色化选题、推动讲座开放式共享等。 [Purpose / Significance] Under the background of “Internet + ” and establishing and perfecting the policy of equalization of public cultural services, this paper investigates the status quo of public lecture in provincial public libraries and analyzes its existing problems so as to improve their adaptability New environment, the use of new technologies to serve the general public. [Methods / Processes] Conduct surveys on the development of public lectures at the provincial public libraries in our country by means of literature research methods, internet research methods, questionnaire surveys and telephone interviews. Based on the survey data, we analyze the current problems “Internet + ” under the environment how to carry out public lecture at the provincial public library to make the appropriate recommendations. [Results / Conclusion] The public lecture of the provincial public library can be leveled off with the theory and technology of “Internet +” from the following aspects: implementing the digital management of the lecture, intensifying the interactive publicity of lectures, Lectures open sharing and so on.
