质粒DNA有重要的基因调节性能,直接注射裸露或用脂质体包埋的质粒DNA常需要大量的质粒DNA。当前广泛被采用的碱溶从细胞中提取质粒的方法有不少问题,其中纯化工艺产量较低是质粒大规模生产的主要瓶颈,因此设计和开发新型质粒生产方法具有重要的意义。
Plasmid DNA has important gene regulatory properties. Direct injection of naked or liposome-embedded plasmid DNA often requires large amounts of plasmid DNA. There are many problems with the currently widely used alkaline solution for extracting plasmids from cells. Among them, the lower yield of purification process is the main bottleneck for mass production of plasmids. Therefore, it is of great significance to design and develop new plasmid production methods.
