1983年3月份以来,我厂用煤油代替机油,作为滚压轴颈时的润滑剂。与原作机油作润滑剂时相比,经滚压的轴颈表面光洁度有明显提高。究其原因,经试验观察和理论探讨,初步认为,润滑油的流动性越好,越有利于提高轴颈的表面光洁度。摩擦学的粘着理论指出,滚压时的法向压力是摩擦偶件表面产生塑性变形的重要因素。可以设想,如果我们在摩擦偶件相互接触的部位,加一个阻碍法向压力的阻力,摩擦偶件表面的塑性变形就会受到影响。这个阻力大到能够抵销法向压力时,粘着理论描述的塑性变形过程就不会发生。
Since March 1983, our factory uses kerosene instead of oil as lubricant when rolling journal. Compared with the original machine oil for lubricants, roller journal surface finish has improved significantly. The reason, the experimental observations and theoretical discussions, initially believe that the better the mobility of lubricants, the more conducive to improving the surface finish of the journal. The theory of tribological adhesion states that the normal pressure during rolling is an important factor in the plastic deformation of the surface of a frictional coupling member. It is conceivable that if we add a resistance against the normal pressure in the area where the frictional members come in contact with each other, the plastic deformation of the surface of the frictional coupling member will be affected. This resistance is large enough to offset the normal pressure, plastic theory of adhesion theory described will not happen.
