笔者认为,中国在发展生产力的道路上,应实现从盲目到科学的转变,即应朝着节约传统产业对资源的浪费、加强生态环境的建设、开发新的知识密集型产业和协调人与自然的关系的方向迈出快健的步伐。航天产业等高技术产业,是知识密集型产业, 它给予人类加快发展生产力以新的机会,对此我们应给予足够的重视。只有认识上的首先突破,才能有航天事业的突破。考虑到我国目前的技术基础、人才结构、管理水平,特别是目前可能的投资强度,中国在航天事业的发展道路上:1.应集中力量狠抓卫星应用和应用卫星;2.载人航天一定要搞,但在航天飞机、空天飞机、航天飞船等诸方案中,飞船方案似更可行。
