测定不同月份采集的野罂粟全草中２号生物碱瑞芙热米定（ｒｅｆｒａｍｉｄｉｎｅ）、４号碱黑龙辛甲醚（ａｍｕｒｅｎｓｉｎｉｎｅ）及５号碱黑尤辛（ａｍｕｒｅｎｓｉｎｅ）的含量。结果表明，在７月下旬至９月上旬之间采集的全草，各生物碱含量较高。
The content of No. 2 alkaloids reframidine, No. 4 amurensinine and No. 5 amorensine in the whole poppy collected in different months was determined. The results showed that the contents of alkaloids were higher in the whole grass collected between late July and early September.
