实验分别对慈竹及龙须草进行了低污染制浆探讨。结果表明,慈竹制浆比较理想的工艺条件为NaOH用量20%(NaOH计),Na2SO3用量3%(NaOH计),试验室自制无硫助剂用量0.1%,液比1︰3;龙须草较理想的工艺条件为NaOH用量16%,Na2SO3用量3%(NaOH计),试验室自制无硫助剂用量0.1%,液比1︰4。慈竹浆次氯酸钠两段漂白工艺条件:第一段用氯量5%,浆浓5%,氨基磺酸用量0.3%(对有效氯),温度60℃,时间30min,二段用氯量3%,浆浓5%,氨基磺酸用量0.3%(对有效氯),温度60℃,时间30min。龙须草浆次氯酸钠漂白工艺条件:用氯量7%,浆浓5%,氨基磺酸用量0.3%(对有效氯),温度60℃,时间30min。在此基础上,用70%漂白竹浆和30%漂白龙须草浆进行混合抄造书画纸,其质量达到并超过市售大千书画纸。
