本文对我院1974—1982九年间收治的住院恶性肿瘤病例4164例进行了统计分析,粗略了解到西宁地区恶性肿瘤的流行病学资料,发病年令自1岁—92岁,40—49岁最多;男女比例为1.36:1。各部位肿瘤构成中以胃癌居首位占32.13％,其次为宫颈癌占12.22％,肺癌占第三位11.28％,与全国九大癌症的排列次序相比,宫颈、肺、鼻咽、乳腺癌的次序前移,食道、肝、肠癌次序后移。在发病动态
