在锚喷巷道中当安装吊挂皮带运输机时,由于巷道轮廓凸凹不平,而皮带机的吊挂宽度又要求一致,如何解决这对矛盾还是施工设计中的一个难题,目前国家亦无统一标准。以往施工时,都是在开拓巷道中预埋锚杆作为吊挂皮带机的连接点,但其间距、宽度、高度都很难符合皮带机安装的要求。为解决这一问题,我们采用了插销和横梁组合的方法,即在距巷道底板2米高处,每间隔3～3.5米在巷道两帮对应各钻一φ42毫米、深500～600毫米的孔,孔内插入φ32毫米插销(圆钢),插销长度应大于孔深300～400毫米,两帮对应插销间固定2根45×45×
