近十年来,我国乡镇企业蓬勃掀起,广大农村对电的需求极待增加,凡安装有水轮泵机组的地区,迫切要求水轮泵能综合利用,既可抽水又可发电,因此,综合利用水轮泵结构方案的研究,提高综合利用水轮泵效率已成为水轮泵行业目前急需解决的技术问题。福建省水轮泵研究所经过二年多的努力,研制成功了 D120—3综合利用水轮泵,既可抽水又可发电,发电时机组效率比同轴水轮泵发电时提高25%以上,抽水时机组效率亦大大提高,为我国大型水轮泵站技术改造提供了结构合理、运行稳定、高效率机组。D120—3综合利用水轮泵,于1986年底
In the past ten years, the township enterprises in our country have flourished and the demand for electricity in the vast rural areas has yet to be increased. Where hydro-pumping units are installed, it is urgently required that the hydro-pumps be used in a comprehensive manner, pumping water and generating electricity. Therefore, The research of the structure scheme of the water pump and the improvement of the efficiency of the comprehensive utilization of the water pump have become the technical problems urgently needed to be solved in the water pump industry. After more than two years of efforts, Fujian Institute of Hydraulic Pumps successfully developed the D120-3 comprehensive utilization of hydraulic pump, which can not only pump water but also generate electricity. When generating electricity, the efficiency of generating units is over 25% higher than that of coaxial water pump.
