我国燃气用具标准中大都规定电点火安全电压不得大于36伏。其原因主要是因为电压高于36伏就有致人触电事故的可能。本文主要介绍用市电为电源的燃具点火装置和熄火保护装置。(1)市电点火器近年国内外燃具点火器多为点火率80～85％的压电陶瓷型。后又研制出干电池脉冲电子点火器,点火率已达100％,但常受干电池质量的限制,尤其在潮湿的南方地区。为克服这些弱点,我们研制了WL—001型市电脉冲电子点火器。工作原理见图1。特点为:限流插头通用型;外壳防潮隔热
Most gas appliance standards in China stipulate that the electric ignition safety voltage shall not be greater than 36 volts. The main reason for this is that voltages higher than 36 volts can cause electric shocks. This article mainly introduces the ignition device and the flameout protection device using the mains power as the power source. (1) Mains igniters In recent years, domestic and foreign gas igniters are mostly piezoelectric ceramics with ignition rates of 80 to 85%. Afterwards, a dry-cell pulsed electronic igniter was developed. The ignition rate has reached 100%, but it is often limited by the quality of dry batteries, especially in the humid southern regions. In order to overcome these weaknesses, we developed the WL-001 type pulsed electric igniter. The working principle is shown in Figure 1.
