利用雪崩晶体管组成Marx电路可以产生快沿双指数脉冲,为了找出电路参数对脉冲波形的影响。建立了放电回路等效电路,利用Pspice软件对电路参数影响脉冲波形问题进行了仿真分析,利用设计的三级Marx电路进行了试验验证。通过理论计算、仿真以及试验研究表明充电电压、充电电容、负载电阻主要影响脉冲峰值和脉宽,在一定限度内,充电电压、充电电容越大,峰值电压越高,脉宽越宽,负载电阻变大,脉宽变宽。这为脉冲源设计中元器件的选取以及脉冲波形调节措施研究提供了依据。
The use of avalanche transistors Marx circuit can produce fast along the double exponential pulse, in order to find the circuit parameters on the pulse waveform.
