目的研究Lumican在结直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨其与结直肠癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法(SP法)检测Lumican在114例结直肠癌组织及43例癌旁正常结直肠组织中的表达。结果 Lumican在正常结直肠组织中无阳性表达,在结直肠癌组织中表达阳性率为79.82%(91/114),在结直肠癌组中Lumican表达阳性率明显高于正常结直肠组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结直肠癌组织中Lumican表达强度与结直肠癌的分化程度呈负相关(rs=-0.246,P=0.008),在Dukes分期的A+B期中明显低于C+D期,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047);Lumican的表达与结直肠癌患者的年龄及性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Lumican在癌旁正常结直肠组织中不表达,在结直肠癌组织中有表达,提示其可能与结直肠癌的发生有关;且Lumican的表达可能与结直肠癌细胞的分化及Dukes分期有关,其在细胞内表达状况可作为判断结直肠癌生物学特性的有用指标。
Objective To study the expression of Lumican in colorectal cancer and its relationship with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase (SP method) was used to detect the expression of Lumican in 114 colorectal cancer tissues and 43 adjacent normal colorectal tissues. Results There was no positive expression of Lumican in normal colorectal tissues and 79.82% (91/114) in colorectal cancer tissues. The positive rate of Lumican in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal tissues Statistical significance (P <0.05). The expression of Lumican in colorectal cancer was negatively correlated with the differentiation of colorectal cancer (rs = -0.246, P = 0.008), which was significantly lower than that in C + D stage in Dukes stage A + B (P = 0.047). There was no significant difference in the expression of Lumican and the age and sex of patients with colorectal cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lumican is not expressed in colorectal normal colorectal tissues and is expressed in colorectal cancer tissues, suggesting that Lumican may be involved in the development of colorectal cancer. Lumican expression may be related to the differentiation and Dukes staging of colorectal cancer cells. Its intracellular expression status can be used as a useful indicator to judge the biological characteristics of colorectal cancer.
