采用薄层色谱法对降糖颗粒剂中黄芪、枸杞子进行了定性鉴别 ,并应用薄层扫描法测定了黄芪甲甙的含量。本法以氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (6 5:35:10 )下层液为展开剂 ,扫描波长为 530nm ,回收率为 97.76 % ,RSD为 1.2 0 %。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively identify Radix Astragali and Radix Astragali in hypoglycemic granules, and the content of Radix Astragali was determined by thin-layer scanning. In this method, the lower layer of chloroform-methanol-water (6 5:35:10) was used as the developing solvent and the scanning wavelength was 530 nm. The recovery was 97.76% and the RSD was 1.20%.
