简要分析了WK-4挖掘机提升控制系统的功能、原理及工作特点,提出了故障描述与故障诊断之间关系的问题,指出在我国故障诊断领域普遍存在故障概念模糊、故障描述未能揭示故障机理本质等问题,这些问题导致了故障知识的积累和故障诊断系统开发的困难。本文提出了基于功能的故障描述思想,运用基本功靛的故障描述与分析方法,较系统地整理出了WK-4挖掘机提升控制系统各主要故障的名称、现象、原因、机理、后果、特征、检测量等一览表,该表对指导生产实际具有重要的参考价值。
The function, principle and working characteristic of WK-4 excavator hoisting control system are briefly analyzed. The relationship between fault description and fault diagnosis is put forward.
