随着国家电网公司战略目标的逐步确立和“三集五大”的深入推进,电力企业经营管理正发生翻天覆地的变化,财务管理工作不断取得新的突破,财务管理的核心地位得到了前所未有的加强。但是,在财务管理方面,仍存在诸多问题制约了企业资源的进一步优化配置和企业内部潜力的深入挖掘,与集团化运作、集约化发展的要求还存在一定差距,因此,如何创新财务管理、提升财务运作能力就显得尤为重要。
With the gradual establishment of the strategic goal of SGCC and the further promotion of “three sets and five major issues”, the operation and management of power enterprises are undergoing tremendous changes.
