高血压作为目前世界上发病率最高的疾病之一,是引起脑卒中、冠心病和肾功能不全等严重疾病的重要因素。本文应用伪Wigner-Ville分布的方法,通过测定脉象信号能量集中圈的时间范围,进行相关的特征分析;针对目前血压处在正常高值水平的人群约半数以上可能发展为高血压的现状,探究在高血压前期发生血管病变的脉象特性,以期解决正常高值人群在临床上无明显特征反应的问题。分析结果表明发生高血压病变的信号高能量圈持续的时间范围比正常信号小,应用此方法可以有效地区分健康信号和有高血压病变的信号,为血压处于临界期的病变信号判断提供了一个新依据。
As one of the most morbid diseases in the world, hypertension is an important factor that causes serious diseases such as stroke, coronary heart disease and renal insufficiency. In this paper, we use the method of pseudo-Wigner-Ville distribution to measure the time range of the pulse signal energy concentration circle and analyze the related features. In view of the current situation that about half of the population with normal high blood pressure may develop into hypertension, In the prehypertensive vascular lesions of the pulse characteristics, in order to solve the normal high-value population clinically no significant response to the problem. The results show that the duration of the high-energy circle of hypertension is smaller than that of the normal one. The application of this method can effectively distinguish between healthy and hypertensive signals and provide a signal for determining the critical blood pressure New basis.
