旋翼轴机加工后进行磁粉检测,发现沿轴向存在多条磁痕显示。采用磁粉检测、低倍组织检查、金相组织观察及电子探针微区成分分析等方法,对磁痕显示原因进行了分析。结果表明:磁痕显示部位对应的亮条区为粗大的针状马氏体+残余奥氏体组织,Cr、Mo、Mn、Ni含量均高于正常区,因此旋翼轴的磁痕显示为沿轴向分布的奥氏体,其产生原因为成分偏析导致的马氏体转变点Ms降低。
After the rotor shaft machining magnetic particle testing, found that there are many magnetic marks along the axial display. The reasons of the magnetic marks were analyzed by magnetic particle testing, low magnification microstructure examination, microstructure observation and electron microprobe analysis. The results show that the bright strip region corresponding to the magnetic mark is coarse acicular martensite + retained austenite, the contents of Cr, Mo, Mn and Ni are higher than those of the normal zone, so the magnetic traces of the rotor shaft are shown as Axial distribution of austenite, the reason for the composition segregation caused by martensitic transformation point Ms decreased.
