通过CAXA建模,利用Fluent软件平台,对气吹式排种器风嘴出口有无格栅的动压和流场分布进行了模拟分析。结果表明,在相同条件下,当速度入口加载12 m/s的气流时,对于合理分布的格栅气嘴,出口动压明显增大且更加均匀、稳定,有利于排种器的清种。
Through CAXA modeling and using the Fluent software platform, the dynamic pressure and flow field distribution of air blower tuyere nozzle outlet with or without grille were simulated. The results show that under the same conditions, when the airflow velocity of 12 m / s is loaded at the speed inlet, the outlet dynamic pressure is obviously increased and more uniform and stable at the outlet of the grill gas with proper distribution, which is in favor of the seed metering.
