分析巨尾桉的化学组成和纤维形态,用单因素实验对用碱量、硫化度、液比、最高温度、保温时间等对巨尾桉硫酸盐制浆性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,巨尾桉是一种较好的制浆造纸原料,较适宜的硫酸盐蒸煮工艺为:用碱量17%,硫化度25%,液比1:3,最高温度160℃,保温时间120min。在此条件下制得的浆料性能为:抗张指数59.5N·m·g-1,撕裂指数5.94mN·m2·g-1,耐破指数4.20kPa·m2·g-1。
The chemical compositions and fiber morphology of Eucalyptus grandis were analyzed. The effects of alkali content, degree of sulfuration, liquid ratio, maximum temperature and holding time on the pulping performance of Eucalyptus grandis were studied by single factor experiments. The results showed that Eucalyptus urophylla was a good pulping and papermaking raw material. The suitable sulphate cooking process was as follows: 17% of alkali, 25% of the degree of sulfuration, 1: 3 of liquid ratio, the highest temperature of 160 ℃, 120min. The properties of the slurry prepared under these conditions were: tensile index 59.5N · m · g-1, tear index 5.94mN · m2 · g-1, burst index 4.20kPa · m2 · g-1.
