结合西安建筑科技大学的办学实际情况,提出了一系列冶金工程专业本科实验教学人才培养模式改革的理念、特色、设想和工作重点及方向,包括实验教学定位及规划、实验教学特色、实验教学质量评估体系、实验教学、科研及社会服务管理与学术梯队,逐步建立多元化开放的冶金工程实验室,为培养学生的创新精神、创造能力、创业能力,提高学生的综合素质,使之成为适应社会发展需要的高素质复合型专业人才进行了一定的理论探索。 Combined with the actual situation of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, this paper put forward a series of ideas, characteristics, envisages and key points and directions for the reform of personnel training mode of metallurgy engineering undergraduate experimental teaching, including experimental teaching positioning and planning, experimental teaching characteristics, experimental teaching quality Evaluation system, experimental teaching, scientific research and social services management and academic echelon, and gradually establish a diversified and open metallurgical engineering laboratory, in order to cultivate students’ innovative spirit, ability and entrepreneurial ability, improve the overall quality of students, making it a social adaptation Development needs of high-quality compound professionals conducted a certain amount of theoretical exploration.
