在采用嵌入式微处理器S3C2440X芯片为核心的基础上,扩展外围硬件,裁剪移植WinCE操作系统,利用S3C2440X芯片的多串口特性设计了基于Modbus协议的ARM9核心板与多单片机及西门子PLC主控机串行通信的多机通信系统,介绍了基于RS-485总线技术的多机通讯的原理,提供了多机通信系统的硬件电路图和软件设计方案,将此多机通信系统应用到电梯的控制系统中,提高了电梯控制系统的效率。
