目的建立儿童青少年健康相关体能综合评价指标体系、指标权重和评价方法,探讨TOPSIS、秩和比法(RSR)和密切值法3种综合评价方法在儿童青少年健康相关体能评价中的应用价值。方法采用德尔菲法确定儿童青少年健康相关体能评价指标体系及各评价指标的权重系数。并利用1985—2010年安徽省7~18岁学生体质与健康监测数据,分别采用TOPSIS法、秩和比法、密切值法3种综合评价方法对不同性别、年龄儿童青少年健康相关体能进行综合评价。结果所建立的综合评价指标体系涵盖了机体成分、心肺功能、肌力肌耐力和柔韧性4个一级指标和11个二级指标。TOPSIS、RSR、密切值法3种综合评价方法对1985—2010年安徽省7~18岁男生健康相关体能评价的组合排序结果依次为:1991年、1995年、2000年、1985年、2010年和2005年;女生组合排序结果依次为:1995年、2000年、1991年、1985年、2005年和2010年。3种综合评价方法所获得的评价结果基本一致。结论所建立的儿童青少年健康相关体能综合评价指标体系和评价方法具有良好的应用价值和一致性,可用于儿童青少年健康相关体能的群体评价及综合评价。
Objective To establish a comprehensive evaluation index system, index weight and evaluation method of health-related physical fitness for children and adolescents and explore the application value of three comprehensive evaluation methods of TOPSIS, rank sum ratio (RSR) and close value method in the evaluation of health-related physical fitness of children and adolescents. Methods Delphi method was used to determine the health related physical evaluation index system and the weight coefficient of each evaluation index of children and adolescents. And the use of TOPSIS method, rank sum ratio method, close value method three comprehensive evaluation methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the health-related physical fitness of adolescent boys and girls of different sexes and ages in 1985-20010 Anhui province 7 to 18 years old physique and health monitoring data. . Results The comprehensive evaluation index system established included four first-grade indexes and eleven second-grade indexes of body composition, cardiopulmonary function, muscular endurance and flexibility. TOPSIS, RSR and close value method were used to evaluate the health-related fitness of boys aged from 7 to 18 from 1985 to 2010 in the order of 1991, 1995, 2000, 1985, 2010 and In 2005, the order of girls’ composition ranked as follows: 1995, 2000, 1991, 1985, 2005 and 2010. The evaluation results obtained by the three comprehensive evaluation methods are basically the same. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method of health-related physical fitness established in children and adolescents have good application value and consistency and can be used in population evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of health-related physical fitness of children and adolescents.
