作者给妊娠大鼠和哺乳大鼠自由摄取1000ppm锰(MnCl_2)的饮水,研究锰自母鼠转移至胎仔和乳鼠。 在胎盘形成前的前半妊娠期给锰,见胚胎(包括绒毛膜)中的锰含量与对照组无差别;但在后半妊娠期给锰时,在胎仔和胎盘中的锰含量分别为对照组的2.7和1.9倍。锰在母鼠中的肝和肾含量明显较对照组为高(p<0.01)。作者认为锰在后半妊娠期较前半妊娠期更易转移至胎仔。
The authors freely inoculate pregnant rats and lactating rats with 1000 ppm manganese (MnCl 2) in drinking water to study the transfer of manganese from the mother to the fetal and the neonatal rats. Manganese content in embryos (including chorion) was not different from that of the control group in the first half of placenta before the first trimester of pregnancy. However, in the second trimester of pregnancy, manganese content in the fetus and placenta were the control group 2.7 and 1.9 times. The liver and kidney contents of manganese in the female rats were significantly higher than those in the control group (p <0.01). The authors believe that manganese is more likely to be transferred to the litter in the second half of gestation than in the first half of gestation.
