本文通过蚕豆花芽分化及其相应植株形态、特征的观察，把蚕豆花芽分化过程划分为花芽生长锥开始分化、萼筒原基分化、花瓣原基分化、雌雄蕊原基分化、花药形成、四分体形成、花粉发育成熟等七个时期。描述了各期解剖形态特征，划定持续时间，并对蚕豆始花节位进行观察研究，为栽培技术措施提供理论根据。
In this paper, through the observation of the flower bud differentiation of broad bean and the morphological and characteristic observation of its corresponding plants, the process of flower bud differentiation was divided into the differentiation of flower bud growth cone, the differentiation of calyx tube primordium, the differentiation of petal primordium, the differentiation of pistil and stamen, Body formation, pollen maturation and other seven periods. The anatomical characteristics of each stage were described and the duration was defined. The starting stage of Vicia faba was observed and studied, providing a theoretical basis for cultivation techniques and measures.
