文章介绍了新型强制风冷型鼓式制动的结构和降温机理。针对新型强制风冷型鼓式制动和原车制动毂,进行连续下长坡运行的制动毂温度升降对比试验,与原车制动毂相比,新型强制风冷式制动毂平均最高温度降低17℃,因未改变原车制动毂的结构,强度和刚度不会受到影响。即通过温度传感器感知制动毂温度,当超过150℃时,风机工作强制风冷,提高散热效果,制动效能明显改善。
