目的:探讨火炭母水提物的解热、退黄作用。方法:采用酵母致大鼠发热模型,观察火炭母水提物的解热作用;采用ANIT致大鼠黄疸模型,观察火炭母水提物对大鼠血清肝功能指标及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,并观察肝脏组织病理学的改变。结果:火炭母水提物对酵母致大鼠体温升高有抑制作用,并能降低ANIT致黄疸性肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST、ALP、T-Bil、D-Bil及肝组织中MDA的含量,并能降低肝指数,提高肝组织SOD活性,改善肝脏组织病理学损伤。结论:火炭母水提物具有一定的解热作用和良好的退黄作用,能改善肝功能,抗氧化可能是其治疗黄疸的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the anti-pyretic and anti-yellowing effect of water extract from firewood. Methods: The rat fever model induced by yeast was used to observe the antipyretic effect of water extract from firewood. The rat model of jaundice induced by ANIT was used to observe the changes of serum liver function indexes and the malondialdehyde MDA content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and observe the changes of liver histopathology. Results: The aqueous extract of the firefly had inhibitory effect on the increase of body temperature in rats induced by yeast, and could reduce the levels of ALT, AST, ALP, T-Bil, D-Bil and MDA in the liver tissue of rats with jaundice liver injury induced by ANIT Content, and can reduce the liver index, improve SOD activity in liver tissue, improve liver histopathological damage. CONCLUSION: The extract of Foam mother water has certain antipyretic effect and good anti-yellowing effect, can improve liver function, anti-oxidation may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of jaundice.
