目的:对三七药性菌质中正丁醇部位的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用系统溶剂萃取、D101大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱色谱、开放式ODS柱色谱、半制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,通过化学性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果:从三七药性菌质正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物,分别为人参皂苷Rk3(1),拟人参皂苷RT2(2),人参皂苷Rg3(3),24(R)-拟人参皂苷GQ(4),人参皂苷Rd(5),绞股蓝皂苷LXIX(6)。结论:化合物2和化合物4为首次从三七植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从三七药性菌质中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the n-butanol in Panax notoginseng bacterium. METHODS: The compounds were isolated by systematic solvent extraction, D101 macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined by chemical and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of Panax notoginseng, which were ginsenoside Rk3 (1), ginsenoside RT2 (2), ginsenoside Rg3 (3), 24 GQ (4), ginsenoside Rd (5), gypenoside LXIX (6). Conclusion: Compound 2 and compound 4 were isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time. All the compounds were isolated from Panax notoginseng for the first time.
