研究了灵武长枣在不同贮藏温度下的品质变化,通过Q10模型预测枣果货架寿命,运用3T理论模拟枣果流通过程。结果表明:低温可以有效抑制枣果软化、失水等,并延缓营养成分损失,延长货架寿命;得到枣果在0~10℃和10~20℃的货架寿命预测方程,并获得流通后的枣果货架寿命,枣果经0℃冷库贮藏1天、20℃白天运输0.5天、15℃夜晚运输0.5天、超市4℃冷柜放置1天,在超市平均温度为10℃的冷藏柜销售,预期货架寿命约11天,仍具有较高的商品价值。
The quality changes of Lingwu long jujube at different storage temperatures were studied.
