实验证明:汲取软式排球、气排球等群众性排球运动难度低、易开展的优点;采用大幅度降低网高、相对固定位置、放宽规则尺度等弱化竞技排球的教学理念既保留了竞技排球运动的对抗与刺激、又保证让大多数普通学生快速入门。可以明显提高普通学生的成功体验和对排球运动的兴趣,学生参与的积极性显著提高。该教学理念为深化排球教学改革、促进排球运动的普及与发展不失为有益的尝试。
The experiment proves that the teaching idea of weakening athletic volleyball, such as drastic reduction of net height, relative fixed position and relaxation of rules scale, not only retains the competitive volleyball but also lowers the difficulty of mass volleyball playing such as soft volleyball and volleyball volleyball.
