Objective To understand the status of undergraduates’ sexual behaviors and provide reference for schools and related departments to formulate sex education, sexual health education and behavioral interventions. METHODS: Two full-time university students from grade 1 to 4 participated in the self-response questionnaire survey. Results 78% of the 2 university students participated in the survey, 131% of the college students had sex, the average age of sexual intercourse was 1951; the first time sexual condom use accounted for 293%; there was sexual intercourse. The location was mainly hotels and restaurants, followed by home; the average number of sexual partners was 154, and 104% of the students themselves or their sexual partners had experience of miscarriage; a certain percentage of students had buying and selling sex, same-sex or bisexuality. Behavior; 1 4% had been diagnosed with STDs, and the main reason that condom students once used to answer the question was to prevent pregnancy. At last, there was 478.8% condom use for one-time behavior. 6 8 6 % ~ 71 1 % of students who have sexual behaviors believe that they or their sexual partners are pregnant, and that they themselves are sexually infected with sexually transmitted diseases and HIV is “impossible, very unlikely, or of low probability”. Conclusion Undergraduates have low awareness of prevention of sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS, poor awareness of self-protection, and low condom use rate. Condoms are mainly used to prevent pregnancy rather than prevent diseases; multiple sexual partners are serious, and homosexual behavior and prostitution are objective. College students have the risk of miscarriage, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV infection. It is imperative for college students to conduct STD and AIDS health education and behavioral interventions.
