血透(HD)治疗可由于铝(AI)的积聚引起透析脑病、抗维生素D软骨病和小红细胞性贫血。本文采用能量弥散X线分光计测定法检测未期肾衰(ESRF)HD患者皮肤AI分布。既经认为AI几乎不被吸收,因此很少引起对机体的危害,近年来由于人工肾的广泛应用,许多严重疾病均由于HD患者血AI增高所引起。本文HD组病人皮肤AI的检出率明显高于正常对照组和非透析组是由于HD组的所有病人都服用氢氧化铝凝胶,且经胃肠道吸收而透析液中不含AI。
Hemodialysis (HD) treatment can cause dialysis encephalopathy, anti-vitamin D cartilage disease and microcytosis due to the accumulation of aluminum (AI). In this paper, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry was used to detect the skin AI distribution in patients with unexplained renal failure (ESRF). Alleged AI is almost not absorbed, and therefore rarely cause harm to the body, in recent years due to the widespread use of artificial kidney, many serious diseases are due to elevated HD in patients with HD caused by blood HD. In this paper, the detection rate of skin AI in HD patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls and non-dialysis patients because all patients in HD group took aluminum hydroxide gel and were absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract without AI in the dialysate.
