“经济法学基础理论”课程的学习是培养法学硕士研究生的重要途径,如何在老师“满堂灌”与学生“反转课堂”的两难之间寻求平衡是实现该课程目标的关键。考察国内外法学硕士研究生的定位,通过访谈与问卷调查等方式,对国内有代表性的21所高校的《经济法学基础理论》课程开设状况进行了研究,发现其亮点与不足并存,推荐经典书籍、分小组课下讨论、提前布置问题课堂再进行讨论等对于提升课程学习效果具有重要作用,但是授课方式应注重师生互动与平衡、授课内容应更加务实。
The study of “The Basic Theory of Economic Law” is an important way to cultivate postgraduates of law. How to strike a balance between the teacher “full house ” and the dilemma of “reversing the classroom ” is the key to realize the goal of the course . Investigate the position of Master of Laws at home and abroad, through interviews and questionnaires, conducted a study on the establishment of “Economic Law Basic Theory” courses in 21 representative universities in China, and found the bright spots and shortcomings, recommended classic books , Sub-group discussions under discussion, arranging questions in advance classroom discussions and so on to improve the effectiveness of course learning has an important role, but the teaching methods should focus on interaction and balance between teachers and students, teaching content should be more pragmatic.
