Since the United States launched its first television communications satellite 16 years ago, television has entered a new satellite era characterized by disintegration of control. A satellite’s transmission surface can cover one third of the Earth, and a ground receiver can receive eighteen satellite programs. First of all, panic is caused by European countries. Because the satellite transmission in the United States is spread all over Europe, there are many programs in New York City alone. There are 15 television stations in New York City alone. The stations are in 24 hours in English, French, Spanish, Russian, etc. Language playback, there are three hours a day Chinese program. France exclaimed that the U.S. television satellite was “Coca-Cola Satellite,” meaning that the U.S. television had invaded the world like Coca-Cola. In order to prevent its own culture from being disturbed, the French government was determined to reform TV and actively develop new technologies.
