为了解我省食 (饮 )具洗消剂烷基苯磺酸钠 (ABS)残留的基本情况 ,为餐饮业经常性监督监测工作提供科学依据 ,我们抽取了 6个市 ,31家餐饮业 ,对其洗消剂的使用情况 ,消毒方式进行了现场调查及采样分析。抽取餐饮具 6个品种 ,534份样品 ,进行了烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)的检测 ,结果显示 1 4家 (45 .1 6 % )餐饮业 ,37份 (6 .93 % )被抽检的样品烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)残留量超过国家标准。其中筷子的合格率最低 (58.0 % ) ,占超标总数的 94.5 %。
In order to understand the basic situation of residue of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate (ABS) for food and beverage in our province and provide a scientific basis for the regular supervision and monitoring of the catering industry, we selected 6 cities and 31 restaurants, On the use of decontamination, disinfection methods conducted a site survey and sampling analysis.
