为了合理利用高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料,进行RC/ECC组合梁抗弯性能试验研究。研究表明:采用国产纤维配置的RC/ECC组合梁的抗弯承载能力、变形能力、裂缝控制能力均优于钢筋混凝土梁和钢筋增强ECC梁,且能将成本控制在钢筋混凝土梁的1.2倍左右,ECC厚度取60mm(38%梁高)时具有较高的性价比。需高度重视混凝土与ECC材料的界面处理以提高界面的有效粘结。
In order to make rational use of high-performance fiber-reinforced cement-based composites, the flexural performance of RC/ECC composite beams was studied. The research shows that the RC/ECC composite beam with domestic fiber configuration is better than reinforced concrete beam and reinforced ECC beam in bending capacity, deformation capacity and crack control ability, and can control the cost about 1.2 times of reinforced concrete beam. , ECC thickness to take 60mm (38% beam height) has a higher price. Great importance must be placed on the interface treatment of concrete and ECC materials to improve the effective bonding of the interface.
