目的为提高卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的早期诊断水平。方法应用我院自己研制的阴道细胞自动图像分析系统对腹水中良、恶性肿瘤细胞进行了定量分析,获得了良性及恶性肿瘤细胞核及浆13个特征参数的均值。并对卵巢粘液腺癌、浆液腺癌、子宫内膜腺癌、转移腺癌,细胞核及浆13个特征参数均值和标准差进行了互相比较。结果多数参数值均有明显差异(P<0.05~0.001)。结论用图像分析技术进行定量分析,不仅可以提高诊断和鉴别诊断的准确率,而且对研究肿瘤细胞生物学特性可提供形态计量的依据。
Objective To improve the early diagnosis of ovarian benign and malignant tumors. Methods The quantitative analysis of benign and malignant tumor cells in ascites was performed using the automatic vaginal cell image analysis system developed by our hospital. The average values of 13 characteristic parameters of benign and malignant tumor nuclei and plasma were obtained. The mean and standard deviation of 13 characteristic parameters of ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma, serous adenocarcinoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma, metastatic adenocarcinoma, nucleus and plasma were compared with each other. Results Most parameters were significantly different (P<0.05-0.001). Conclusion Quantitative analysis using image analysis techniques can not only improve the accuracy of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, but also provide morphometric basis for studying the biological characteristics of tumor cells.
