目前我国正在进行高中课标修订工作,这次修订明确了要基于学生发展核心素养来建构各科课程,并要求深入思考学科的本质,突出各科的育人价值。生物学科属于科学课程,而科学教育的中心目标是科学素养。早在2002年,国务院就颁布了《全民科学素养行动计划》,其目标是到2049年中华人民共和国成立100周年时“人人具备科学素养”。科学本质(the nature of science,简称NOS)已经被科学教育工作者广泛地认为是科学素养的重要组成部分。
At present, our country is in the process of revising senior high school curriculums. This amendment clearly sets out to construct various curriculums based on the core qualities of students and requires in-depth reflection on the nature of the subject and highlighting the value of education in all subjects. Biology is a science course, and the central goal of science education is science literacy. As early as in 2002, the State Council promulgated the “Action Plan for All People’s Literacy” with the goal of “having scientific literacy” for everyone until the 100th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 2049. The nature of science (NOS) has been widely recognized by science educators as an important part of scientific literacy.
